Hi, I’m Dr. Celina Borucki-Gibson, but you can call me Dr. BG! I grew up in Alameda County and knew from a young age that I wanted to become a veterinarian. I earned my DVM from UC Davis in 2020 and spent five wonderful years practicing in Northern California before making my way back home to the Bay Area in 2025.
I truly enjoy all aspects of veterinary medicine, but I have a soft spot for cats—they definitely keep things interesting! One of the most rewarding parts of my job is building strong, trusting relationships with both pets and their people. I believe in taking the time to make sure every diagnosis and treatment plan is clearly understood and thoughtfully tailored to each family’s unique situation.
Outside the clinic, I share my life with one amazing cat, and I love getting lost in a good book or hiking the beautiful trails around the Bay. I’m so excited to be part of the Gentle Care team and to care for the pets in this wonderful community.
