Hi, I’m Betty! I’ve been the Lead Customer Service Representative at Gentle Care Veterinary Hospital since 2017. Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with Dr. Yoon, our medical director, and learning so much about veterinary medicine along the way. This hands-on experience has really deepened my understanding and appreciation for the work we do.
As a proud pawrent to four cats and two dogs, I know just how special our furry companions are. That’s why I’m passionate about providing the kind of care and attention I’d want for my own pets.
