Hi, I’m Cynthia, the Practice Manager here at Gentle Care. I’ve been in veterinary medicine since 2004, starting as a receptionist, then working as a technician, and eventually growing into my role as a leader. I earned my AA in Animal Science from Carrington College, and I’ve been committed to this field ever since.
I grew up in Hayward, California, but I’ve also spent time living in both Colorado and Texas. Wherever I’ve been, my love for animals and supporting the people who care for them has been a constant. I'm passionate about providing excellent customer service and being a source of calm and support for clients and their pets, especially during tough moments. Leadership and team building are also incredibly important to me; I believe a strong, happy team creates the best environment for both pets and their people.
Outside of work, I share my life with a lively flock of birds, two dogs, and even a tarantula. When I’m not at the hospital, you’ll often find me hiking, painting, or spending time with my family.
